Moodle Modules for 2012/13 (FAO ALL TUTORS)
by Mark Dransfield - Tuesday, 15 May 2012, 04:49 PM

Dear colleagues, for the first time, credit bearing modules in Moodle are rolling over for academic year 2012/13. From 1st June you will be able to see the list of modules you have access to for 2012/13 on your Moodle homepage.

You need to take action before 1st June if…

1.      You want the module to be run differently in the coming academic year, for example if you previously ran a module over the year, but now you want to separate it into two semesters, or if you want to have a module space for each group.

2.      You have a revalidated or a new module

If you are happy with the way your modules were represented in Moodle this year, you do not need to do anything.

To administer your modules, please login to the Moodle Modules application and make the necessary changes: http://intranet.yorksj.ac.uk/MoodleModules  You have until [31st May] to make any changes to your Moodle courses.

Further instructions on using Moodle Modules are available here: http://tinyurl.com/chls6uk

Alternatively, please contact a member of the Technology Enhanced Learning Team, who will be happy to help.
