Welcome to 3MB-13 Developing an Organisation based project. This module is designed to help you develop a workable organisation based research project, that you will carry out in semester 2. Throughout this module you will plan your project for next semester and develop further research methods skills to help you complete your project effectively. Details of the assessments are given below, along with the module specification. We will discuss the module in detail and review deadline assessment dates in our first lecture (these are also included in the assessment briefs below). I strongly advise you to download both assessment briefs and to read these thoroughly.

Lecture slides and activities will be added weekly to Moodle, therefore, please do ensure that you check for updates and resources every week. Each session is planned to help you be in the best position possible to succeed in your research project, therefore attendance at all lectures, seminars and workshops is expected throughout the module. Reading and activity based exercises should be completed in good time.

I will be taking your lectures, seminars and workshops throughout the semester. Please do contact me with any queries. My office hours will be posted on the Moodle site, and there is time after each lecture to discuss any issues you may be having.
