The focus of this module is to develop a critical understanding of leadership, innovation and change in a digital context. This module will explore the impact of disruptive technologies that challenge traditional business methods and practices and will explore new ways of working across infrastructure, processes, people and cultural boundaries to support the organisations development. In addition, learners will be encouraged to use their own experiences of leadership, innovation and change to inform discussion, critical thinking and reflection. The module will encourage learners to develop their interpersonal skills and apply core leadership techniques to persuade others and drive change to the benefit of the organisation.
