As explained at induction, you work assignment during the first year of your degree apprenticeship.
At Induction we introduced the assignment, the
slides introducing the tasks are below along with the assignment brief
If you haven't already completed any diagnostic
tools the Honey and Mumford Learning styles questionnaire is a good
starting point.
Part of the assignment involves Personal Development Planning -
a CMI PDP checklist and the example development plan, are in the resources below,
these are examples of resources available to you from CMI Management Direct.
More resources can be added on learning
and reflection such as Kolb's experiential learning cycle and the phases of
learning/learning ladder (unconscious incompetence to competence, adapted from
Straangard).
